Understanding Emotions Workbook

This 5-page printable coloring book talks about how emotions are like clouds that float through the sky — coming and going and sometimes creating storms.  children will learn important concepts that lay the framework for emotional intelligence.  It makes a great classroom activity and can also be used to help a particular child who is feeling blue.
